How can I book a cab? +
You can book via our website contact form, by calling +91 96538 36367, or by sending a WhatsApp message. We'll confirm your booking within 15 minutes.
What is the advance payment required? +
For local tours: No advance needed. For outstation trips: 20% advance via UPI/bank transfer. For tour packages: 30% advance. Remaining amount can be paid to the driver before departure.
Are toll and parking charges included? +
No, toll and state tax are charged extra and paid by the customer directly at toll booths or through the driver. Parking is also at actuals. We always inform you of all charges upfront with no hidden fees.
Can I cancel or modify my booking? +
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your trip. For cancellations within 24 hours, 25% cancellation fee applies. Modifications to pickup time or location can be made up to 2 hours before travel start.
Do you provide outstation one-way cabs? +
Yes! We specialize in economical one-way cab services from Jaipur to all major cities like Delhi, Agra, Udaipur, Jodhpur, and Jaisalmer. One-way fares are approximately 20-25% cheaper than round-trip rates.
